NextGen Pro School – For Schools & Educational Institutions

These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the NextGen Pro School software platform, including web dashboards, mobile applications, and related services, provided by NextGen Pro School / NextGen Developers.
By registering, subscribing, or using the Platform, the school or educational institution/ School agrees to be bound by these Terms.
⚡ 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, the School confirms that:
▪️ It has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
▪️ It is legally authorized to act on behalf of the institution
▪️ It agrees to comply with all applicable laws, education regulations, and policies
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
🌐 2. Services Provided
NextGen Pro School provides a digital school management platform, including:
➤ School Management System (ERP)
➤ Student, Parent, Teacher & Staff Mobile Applications
➤ Attendance, Exams, Fees, Transport & Communication modules
➤ Learning Management System (LMS)
➤ Admin Dashboard & Staff Portals
➤ Cloud hosting, maintenance, and support services
➤ Optional customization and school branding
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features to improve quality, security, or compliance.
🧪 3. Pilot Program (Demo Usage)
Schools may opt for a limited-duration pilot program.
The pilot program includes:
▪️ Temporary access to selected platform features
▪️ Basic configuration and onboarding assistance
▪️ Limited technical support
🔷 Any pilot-related support or setup fee is non-refundable.
🔷 The pilot is intended solely for evaluation purposes.
💼 4. Subscription Plans
After the pilot period, the School may subscribe to an official plan.
Subscription plans may include:
➤ Full platform access
➤ Hosting and data storage
➤ Technical support
➤ App access for students, parents, teachers, and staff
➤ Regular system updates
Subscriptions are valid for the selected term and renew as per agreed conditions unless canceled in advance.
💳 5. Payments & Billing
The School agrees to:
▪️ Provide accurate billing and contact information
▪️ Pay all applicable fees within agreed timelines
▪️ Acknowledge that customization, setup, or branding charges are non-refundable once initiated
🔷 Delayed payments may result in temporary service suspension until dues are cleared.
🔄 6. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, follow these principles:
▪️ Refunds apply only to unused future subscription periods
▪️ Refunds may be considered only in cases of prolonged service malfunction
▪️ Pilot fees and custom development charges are non-refundable
Full refund terms are governed by the official Refund Policy.
🔐 7. School Responsibilities
The School agrees to:
➤ Provide accurate student, staff, and academic data
➤ Ensure proper training and authorized use of the Platform
➤ Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
➤ Use the Platform only for legitimate educational purposes
➤ Report technical issues promptly
The School is responsible for actions taken by its authorized users.
🛡️ 8. Data Ownership & Privacy
▪️ All academic and administrative data belongs to the School
▪️ Data is stored securely using industry-standard practices
▪️ No student or school data is sold or shared with advertisers
▪️ Data handling follows the NextGen Pro School Privacy Policy
The School remains the data controller for all student and staff records.
🛠️ 9. Technical Support
Support services may include:
➤ Technical assistance via email, call, or chat
➤ Bug fixes and performance improvements
➤ Server monitoring and maintenance
➤ Platform updates based on subscription level
Support does not include issues caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party services.
🎨 10. Custom Development
Custom features or integrations:
▪️ Are billed separately
▪️ Follow agreed timelines and specifications
▪️ Are non-refundable once development begins
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property remains with NextGen Pro School.
🛑 11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
➤ Payments are overdue
➤ Platform misuse or policy violations are detected
➤ Illegal or unauthorized activity occurs
The School may terminate services at any time.
Access remains valid until the end of the paid subscription period.
⚖️ 12. Limitation of Liability
NextGen Pro School is not responsible for:
▪️ Data loss caused by School-side errors
▪️ Misuse by unauthorized users
▪️ Internet, device, or third-party service failures
▪️ Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the School
Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the School.
📢 13. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect:

▪️ Platform improvements or new features
▪️ Security or operational changes
Significant updates will be communicated through official channels.
Continued use implies acceptance of revised Terms.
