We aim to maintain transparency and fairness while ensuring high-quality service delivery for schools, institutions, and partners.
NextGen Pro School strives to provide stable, reliable, and professional-grade school software solutions.
However, certain situations may require refund considerations.
This policy outlines when refunds are granted and when they are not.
๐ฏ Purpose:
Schools may choose a 2-month pilot program to test our complete School Management System, App, and Admin Panel.
Only a minimal support fee is charged
No charges are taken for software, development, or management
The fee only covers support, hosting, and setup efforts
The pilot program fee is strictly non-refundable
Since this is a discounted, service-only trial offering, refunds cannot be issued regardless of usage or cancellation
Schools may upgrade from the pilot to full subscription plans:

Refunds are applicable only for upcoming unused months, and only when:
๐ง The software or mobile app has completely malfunctioned
โณ The issue continues unresolved for over 1 month
๐ The malfunction prevents normal academic / admin operations
๐ Proper support ticket or issue reporting has been submitted
The school stops using the software by choice
The school delays sharing required data or access
Issues are caused by client-side modifications
Network, device, or internet errors occur on the client’s side
Custom development beyond the subscription was requested
The problem reported is minor and does not impact core functionality
Only the remaining unused months will be refunded.
Example:
If you purchased a 6-month plan and used 3 months before a valid malfunction issue persists for over 1 month, then remaining 2 unused months may be refunded.

Pilot program fees
Software functioning normally but school stops usage
Client refuses to cooperate in troubleshooting
Third-party costs (hosting, SMS credits, Google/iOS publishing fees)
Delays caused by missing data from school
Changes in internal school decisions or management
App suspension due to policy violations by the school
