NextGen Pro School provides the Teacher & Transport Staff mobile application used by authorized school teachers, drivers, transport helpers, and school administrators.

1. Purpose of the App

A. Teacher-Related Purposes (Primary)

The app enables authorized teachers to:

• Maintain student diary / notes
• Communicate with staff using in-app chat
• Receive academic, diary, attendance, and exam notifications
• View student transport status for coordination

B. Driver / Transport Helper Purposes

The app enables authorized transport staff to:

• Mark transport route start and end
• Manually update pickup and drop status
• Confirm destination reached status

🚫 The app does NOT track vehicles or users using real-time GPS.

• Date of birth (for staff age verification and school records only)

2. Teacher & Transport Activity Data (Manual)

Authorized users may manually create, view, or update:

• In-app chat messages (school-related communication only)
• Transport route and pickup/drop status

2. Firebase Services (Authentication & Notifications Only)

The app uses Firebase services strictly for:

• Secure user authentication (school-managed accounts)
• Sending academic, transport, and administrative notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

3. Location Data Clarification (IMPORTANT)

Transport updates work as follows:

• Drivers manually mark stop or destination completion
• Teachers view transport status for coordination
• Parents and students see updates via a separate app

No live maps or continuous location sharing exist.

4. App Permissions Used (With Purpose)

• Notify teachers about homework, assignments, exams, attendance, and diary updates
• Send transport pickup/drop alerts
• Deliver school announcements and chat notifications

B. Camera (Optional – School Controlled)

Used to:
