NextGen Pro School provides a mobile application designed to support school-managed academic communication and information access.

This application is primarily intended for parents and legal guardians aged 18 years or older and authorized school staff.

Students may access or use the app only under the supervision and guidance of a parent or legal guardian and under school authorization.

1. Scope of the App

This app enables:

• Parents to monitor attendance, homework, exams, and notices

• On a parent-controlled device, or
• Under direct parental supervision

🚫 Independent child account creation is not allowed.

• The app does NOT allow public self-registration
• All accounts are created by the school administration
• Login credentials are issued by the school
• Student access is linked to school-managed accounts
• Permissions are fully controlled by the school

All student access occurs under school authorization and parental involvement.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide school-related services.

• Student name
• Parent/guardian name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Student class, section, roll number
• School or institution name

📌 This information is:

• Provided or verified by the school
• Used only for academic communication
• Not collected independently by the app

📚 Academic & School Records (School-Controlled)

Authorized school staff may upload or manage:

• Attendance records
• Homework and assignments
• Exam marks and report cards

• Notices and announcements

These records are owned and controlled by the school.

📤 Uploaded Content (Optional)

Parents or students (under supervision) may upload:
