These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the NextGen Pro School software platform<\/strong>, including web dashboards, mobile applications, and related services, provided by NextGen Pro School \/ NextGen Developers.<\/strong><\/p>

By registering, subscribing, or using the Platform, the school or educational institution\/ School agrees to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>

\u26a1<\/strong> 1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/p>

By using the Platform, the School confirms that:<\/p>

\u25aa\ufe0f It has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
\u25aa\ufe0f It is legally authorized to act on behalf of the institution
\u25aa\ufe0f It agrees to comply with all applicable laws, education regulations, and policies<\/p>

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>

\ud83c\udf10<\/strong> 2. Services Provided<\/strong><\/p>

NextGen Pro School provides a digital school management platform, including:<\/p>

\u27a4 School Management System (ERP)
\u27a4 Student, Parent, Teacher & Staff Mobile Applications
\u27a4 Attendance, Exams, Fees, Transport & Communication modules
\u27a4 Learning Management System (LMS)
\u27a4 Admin Dashboard & Staff Portals
\u27a4 Cloud hosting, maintenance, and support services
\u27a4 Optional customization and school branding<\/p>

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features to improve quality, security, or compliance.<\/p>

\ud83e\uddea<\/strong> 3. Pilot Program (Demo Usage)<\/strong><\/p>

Schools may opt for a limited-duration pilot program.<\/p>

The pilot program includes:<\/p>

\u25aa\ufe0f Temporary access to selected platform features
\u25aa\ufe0f Basic configuration and onboarding assistance
\u25aa\ufe0f Limited technical support<\/p>

\ud83d\udd37 Any pilot-related support or setup fee is non-refundable.
\ud83d\udd37 The pilot is intended solely for evaluation purposes.<\/p>

\ud83d\udcbc<\/strong> 4. Subscription Plans<\/strong><\/p>

After the pilot period, the School may subscribe to an official plan.<\/p>

Subscription plans may include:<\/p>

\u27a4 Full platform access
\u27a4 Hosting and data storage
\u27a4 Technical support
\u27a4 App access for students, parents, teachers, and staff
\u27a4 Regular system updates<\/p>

Subscriptions are valid for the selected term and renew as per agreed conditions unless canceled in advance.<\/p>

\ud83d\udcb3<\/strong> 5. Payments & Billing<\/strong><\/p>

The School agrees to:<\/p>

\u25aa\ufe0f Provide accurate billing and contact information
\u25aa\ufe0f Pay all applicable fees within agreed timelines
\u25aa\ufe0f Acknowledge that customization, setup, or branding charges are non-refundable once initiated<\/p>

\ud83d\udd37 Delayed payments may result in temporary service suspension until dues are cleared.<\/p>

\ud83d\udd04<\/strong> 6. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Refunds, if applicable, follow these principles:<\/p>

\u25aa\ufe0f Refunds apply only to unused future subscription periods
\u25aa\ufe0f Refunds may be considered only in cases of prolonged service malfunction
\u25aa\ufe0f Pilot fees and custom development charges are non-refundable<\/p>

Full refund terms are governed by the official Refund Policy.<\/p>

The School agrees to:<\/p>

\u27a4 Provide accurate student, staff, and academic data
\u27a4 Ensure proper training and authorized use of the Platform
\u27a4 Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
\u27a4 Use the Platform only for legitimate educational purposes
\u27a4 Report technical issues promptly<\/p>

The School is responsible for actions taken by its authorized users.<\/p>

\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f<\/strong> 8. Data Ownership & Privacy<\/strong><\/p>

\u25aa\ufe0f All academic and administrative data belongs to the School
\u25aa\ufe0f Data is stored securely using industry-standard practices
\u25aa\ufe0f No student or school data is sold or shared with advertisers
\u25aa\ufe0f Data handling follows the NextGen Pro School Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>

The School remains the data controller for all student and staff records.<\/p>

\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f<\/strong> 9. Technical Support<\/strong><\/p>

Support services may include:<\/p>

\u27a4 Technical assistance via email, call, or chat
\u27a4 Bug fixes and performance improvements
\u27a4 Server monitoring and maintenance
\u27a4 Platform updates based on subscription level<\/p>

Support does not include issues caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party services.<\/p>

\ud83c\udfa8<\/strong> 10. Custom Development<\/strong><\/p>

Custom features or integrations:<\/p>

\u25aa\ufe0f Are billed separately
\u25aa\ufe0f Follow agreed timelines and specifications
\u25aa\ufe0f Are non-refundable once development begins<\/p>

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property remains with NextGen Pro School.<\/p>

\ud83d\uded1<\/strong> 11. Suspension & Termination<\/strong><\/p>

We may suspend or terminate services if:<\/p>

\u27a4 Payments are overdue
\u27a4 Platform misuse or policy violations are detected
\u27a4 Illegal or unauthorized activity occurs<\/p>

The School may terminate services at any time.
Access remains valid until the end of the paid subscription period.<\/p>

\u2696\ufe0f<\/strong> 12. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

NextGen Pro School is not responsible for:<\/p>

\u25aa\ufe0f Data loss caused by School-side errors
\u25aa\ufe0f Misuse by unauthorized users
\u25aa\ufe0f Internet, device, or third-party service failures
\u25aa\ufe0f Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the School<\/p>

Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the School.<\/p>
